I am a Chiropractic Physician with specialty in orthopedics and occupational testing, I hold a Physician License in the state of Illinois and am certified by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) to issue intra- and inter-state medical cards. I am also certified to perform Drug and Alcohol tests according to DOT standards. My NRCME number is 8522154087

Compassionate Approach
We understand you can be stressed or tired. This can even be your first exam for DOT. You may have driven the whole night – this may rise your blood pressure, elevate your heart rate, or make you forget to bring additional documents from other doctors.
Don’t stress – we will make you comfortable; we will try to get all supplemental documents from your doctor’s office; and we will allow plenty of time for you to cool down before your exam is started.
